In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Use of the hph77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the duration of a Player's use of the Services:

• Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the hph77 Platform. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. hph77 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.
• Jurisdiction. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of the hph77 Services is lawful at the time you place any wager or conduct any transaction. Players located in Prohibited Territories are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability, guardianship, or court-ordered restriction from entering contracts may not register an Account.
• Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the hph77 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited.
• Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion, or any other gaming prohibition at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• Own Account. You must register and use the Account solely for your own personal entertainment. Using an hph77 Account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is not permitted.

To access the full range of hph77 Services, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• Registration Information. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You must keep your registration details current and promptly update your Account if any information changes.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hph77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hph77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify hph77 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of your Account security. Contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
• Account Verification (KYC). hph77 conducts identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• Account Suspension and Closure. hph77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met, where prohibited conduct is detected, or where required by PAGCOR or applicable law. In cases of legitimate Account closure where no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

All financial transactions on the hph77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). hph77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay.

• Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on hph77 is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Withdrawal to Original Method. hph77 operates a return-to-source policy. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable limits. Where this is not technically possible, hph77 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
• No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds review.
• Transaction Fees. hph77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside hph77's control and are your responsibility.
• Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions are monitored for compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and PAGCOR requirements. hph77 may request additional documentation regarding the source of funds where required by applicable law.

hph77 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. hph77 publishes wagering requirements clearly — we do not bury conditions in fine print.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus offer may be active on your Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. hph77 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on Player history, account standing, or jurisdiction, as required by applicable regulations.

• Expiry. Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds are subject to expiry as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances will be removed from the Wallet without notice.
• Changes to Promotions. hph77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided to affected Players.

All games available on the hph77 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Random Number Generators. All hph77 slot and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by hph77 or by any Player.
• Live Casino. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective studio operator (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). Decisions made by the live dealer are final, subject to the studio's dispute resolution process.
• Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by hph77's sportsbook rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Results are settled based on official sources for each sport. For Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) markets, NBA markets, and other events, official competition results are used for settlement.
• Bingo. Bingo draws conducted on the hph77 Platform follow the specific rules published in the bingo section. Draw results are final. Discrepancies must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of the draw.
• Insufficient Funds. A wager will not be accepted if your Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to maintain adequate funds in your Wallet before placing any bet.
• Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hph77 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to your Wallet. hph77 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hph77 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account on the hph77 Platform, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker-style games or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to obtain funds or gaming credits to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including making deposits with no genuine gaming intent and immediately requesting withdrawal of the deposited funds.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting hph77 customer support to resolve the dispute.
• Accessing the hph77 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Any conduct that hph77 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

hph77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and international responsible gambling standards. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for a small number of players, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Player Protection Tools. All hph77 Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the hph77 Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support at [email protected]. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hph77 limits its liability as follows:

• No Warranty. The hph77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hph77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Limitation of Direct Loss. hph77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their hph77 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Exclusion of Consequential Loss. hph77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Force Majeure. hph77 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.
• Third-Party Services. hph77 is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or reliability of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers integrated with the Platform.

hph77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. By registering an Account on hph77, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein, to the extent that such consent is required by applicable law.

hph77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, hph77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the hph77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange closure of your Account and return of your remaining real-money balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Regulatory Authority. hph77 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR is the primary regulatory body with jurisdiction over complaints and disputes relating to the hph77 Platform that cannot be resolved through the internal process described below.
• Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to hph77 customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence. hph77 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
• Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through hph77's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
• Jurisdiction. Subject to the regulatory dispute resolution process above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
